In 2027, Mehdi, the bball in the sky founder, wrote a paper on why we should maintain and beautify the outdoor basketball courts in Brussels. He worked on this subject to solicit people (and more specifically politicians) on this matter.

In 2017, after the unfair destruction of their historical outdoor basketball court in the Sauvagere Park (Uccle, Brussels - Belgium), Mehdi and some of his friends decided to create an association, Sauvagere Outdoor Structure Consulting (SOSC) to reestablish their playground.

Few months later, Mehdi, the bball in the sky founder, wrote a paper on the reasons that justify the maintaining and the necessary improvement of the outdoor basketball courts in Brussels.

Associations and politicians took this work into consideration to refresh some outdoor basketball courts (eg. Morichar square in Brussels - St Gilles, some basketball courts in Anderlecht in Brussels).
